Brad is honest, trustworthy, responsive and very good at articulating things using language and illustrations that can be easily understood. His project management skills are excellent. This is the third major renovation Brad had completed for us. That in itself should say enough about how we feel about Brad's work. We had to wait several months while he completed another project, but we knew he was worth waiting for. Our renovation included removing a supporting wall, reconfiguring plumbing, HVAC and electrical. He also built a new fire place and re-laid the floors perfectly. The standard of work performed by Brad and his team gets an eleven on a scale of one to ten. They were timely, neat, on budget and communicated with us daily. We will be hiring Brad in the future for project number four.
